Meet Gavin Tabor, our newest Quality Control Assistant! Gavin’s journey at AM Stabilizers began as an intern from Valparaiso University, where he demonstrated his problem-solving abilities and quickly proved that he was ready for the bigger picture of production. Gavin says his favorite part of the transition has been the supportive culture: "The team supported me by giving me real responsibilities early on. I’ve always felt like my contributions matter." We’re excited to see Gavin continue to develop his career right here in Valpo!
