Meet Gavin Tabor, our newest Quality Control Assistant! Gavin’s journey at AM Stabilizers began as an intern from Valparaiso University, where he demonstrated his problem-solving abilities and quickly proved that he was ready for the bigger picture of production. Gavin says his favorite part of the transition has been the supportive culture: "The team supported me by giving me real responsibilities early on. I’ve always felt like my contributions matter."
